An inverter air conditioner is a multifunctional air conditioning unit with many useful options. While a conventional air conditioner periodically turns the compressor on and off to achieve or maintain the set temperature, an inverter air conditioner reduces or increases its performance according to the needs. This results in a lower noise level (23.5 dB), which is an important advantage when operating in the summer heat, and energy efficiency (up to 30 % energy savings), because the air conditioner does not operate at maximum capacity, but at the required one. In addition, due to the continuous oil supply, the wear rate is reduced and the life of the device is extended.
Energy Efficient Heating/Cooling
The energy efficiency of an air conditioner is determined by how many times its cooling capacity is higher than its power consumption. The power consumption depends on the temperature outside: the lower the temperature, the more kilowatts the device will need. For example, at a temperature of -7 °C, the ACM-18INV-R32-WF-AG-S model uses 3.717 kW, and at +7 °C – 1.472 kW. In standby mode, the device consumes only 3 W. The cooling capacity specified in the technical documentation is 18,000 BTU/h, and the heating capacity is 19,000 BTU/h. The air conditioner operates at a low temperature, so you can safely use the device in winter at -15 °C (limit). The refrigerant used for operation is R32, which is a modern, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly freon.
Modes and Functions
Customizable modes and special functions will help to optimize the operation of the ARDESTO ACM-18INV-R32-WF-AG-S air conditioner for the user’s needs. The inverter technology of the device supports four main operating modes: Dehumidification, Fan, Cooling and Heating. Modern Design and Control
The air conditioner is made of safe materials in a classic white. The outdoor unit has a metal case and the indoor unit has a plastic one. Together, they ensure even distribution of air flow throughout the room without drafts and regardless of the number of people in it. Thanks to its modern design, it will fit into any room of 20 m2, emphasizing the good taste of its owners. In addition to the standard remote control, it is possible to control the air conditioner remotely. To do this, you need to connect the Wi-Fi module to the indoor unit, download the Nethome Plus app (compatible with iOS and Android) and configure it. This will not cause difficulties, as there are detailed instructions included in the package.
